Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle trends
If one Festival race has punished favourite backers, it is this one. No favourite has won the Albert Bartlett in the last five years, and four of the five winners returned at 18/1 or bigger, with Stellar Story the biggest at 33/1 in 2024.
The reason is the nature of the test.
