Nine Champion Hurdles is a record that may never be beaten, built from See You Then's hat-trick in the 1980s through Buveur D'Air and Epatante to Constitution Hill's brilliant 4/11 win in 2023. Henderson has also won six Queen Mother Champion Chases, with Sprinter Sacre and Altior both successful twice, and took the Gold Cup with Long Run in 2011 and Bobs Worth in 2013.
Those wins came between 1985 and 2026, in the Champion Hurdle 9 times, the Queen Mother Champion Chase 6 times, the Cheltenham Gold Cup 2 times, the Stayers' Hurdle 2 times, the Supreme Novices' Hurdle 2 times, the Arkle Chase, the Coral Cup Handicap Hurdle, the Mares' Hurdle, the National Hunt Chase and the Pertemps Final.
